- 2 large handfuls of basil
- 1/2 cup of walnuts or pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
- 2 TBS of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder or 1-2 cloves of garlic
- water for blending
- salt & pepper to taste
Blend all pesto ingredients in blender or food processor until it forms a creamy pesto. Cook and drain pasta, and mix in pesto until all noodles are covered. Serve warm and garnish with hemp seeds.
