Creamy Caesar Dressing


  • 1 cup of silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup (about) of water for thinning
  • Squeeze of half a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated garlic
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp of salt

Put all ingredients together in a blender besides water. Blend while slowly adding water until creaminess is to your liking. Continue to add water or salt & pepper where needed. Dress it over a salad and jar the rest in the fridge- will keep up to a week.
